We will gladly accept any unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items. Yes, you can return items ordered online to our locations! As long as your item is within the return policy, has tags + hygienic liners attached, and has been unworn/unwashed, within 15 Days of purchase you may return your item with your invoice. Note: buyer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.

We do not know whether your package is received by our warehouse until it is processed, at which point you will receive an email letting you know it’s status.
